Customer Delivery with CareUnloading the Beast: Ford F-250Car hauling in actionStarting June 23, 2025, a new federal regulation will go into effect requiring that CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and CLP (Commercial Learner’s Permit) holders no longer submit their medical certificates to their state licensing agency (like the FLHSMV in Florida).

Instead, certified medical examiners (MEs) will be required to electronically transmit medical exam results directly to the FMCSA’s National Registry. The FMCSA will then share the information with the appropriate state agency.

Key Points:
	•	Drivers won’t need to submit a paper medical certificate to the DMV or FLHSMV.
	•	Medical examiners must be listed in the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
	•	Drivers should confirm that their examiner uploads the certificate properly, as it could impact license status.
	•	This change applies nationwide, including in Florida.

Benefits:
	•	Streamlines the medical certification process.
	•	Reduces paperwork and administrative burden.
	•	Minimizes errors and improves record accuracy.🚛🚑Station is a roadside checkpoint where commercial trucks are inspected to ensure they comply with weight limits and safety regulations set by the DOT (Department of Transportation) and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration).
